The Governing Board consists of seven members, with representation from two Taíno Tribes, one Lokono clan, as well as representatives from affiliated spiritual and cultural socities.
La Junta de Gobierno está compuesta por siete miembros, con representación de dos tribus taíno, un clan lokono, así como representantes de sociedades espirituales y culturales afiliadas.

Liaison officers and Special Representatives engage in local area out reach and are tasked with a specific thematic focus. These positions are special appointments by the acting UCTP President.
