| The 23rd AIA Orlando Powwow is November 6 - 8, 2009. The AIA is honored to present a special appearance by Robert Mirabal - Musician, Artist and Author, two-time GRAMMY Award winner and Native American Entertainer of the Year. Saturday, November 7th, 6:30pm. Show is included with regular price of Saturday's admission. Join us in a celebration of Native American culture under the beautiful Florida sky! Head Staff: MC-Ron Colombe, Arena Director-G.T. Martinez, Head Lady Dancer-Amber Saunders, Head Man Dancer: David Smith. Featuring Ben Dehart - Singer/Songwriter, Utah Farris - Native American Flutist, Kashka LaRue - Tlingit Legendkeeper, Grandmother Coyote - Storyteller. Guest Drums welcome! Hours: Fri. & Sat. 10am – 10pm, Sun. 10am – 5pm. Admission: Adults $6, Seniors & Children $3, Students $4, Active & Retired Military $5, Military in uniform FREE. Grand Entry: Fri. 7:00pm, Sat. 1:00pm & 7:30pm, Sun. 1:00pm. Host hotel: Red Roof Inns (407) 347-0149 – ask for special Powwow rate. Limited RV camping available with electrical and water hook-ups for $19 per night. No tent camping permitted due to city regulations. Please, NO PETS.
